This document presents the fees for the addressing services provided by the FCR Operator to FCR Account Administrators. These fees are set under the control of the OP3FT within the context of the Frogans Core Registry Delegation Agreement.

This document notably includes: an outline of Frogans addresses, the different types of Frogans networks, the role of the FCR Account Administrators (Introduction); fees for the initial registration of Frogans addresses and Frogans networks, fees for renewing, transferring and retrieving registrations (Parts 1 to 5); conditions and procedures to open and credit an FCR Account (Part 6). This document is a resource provided by the OP3FT.

The modifications between the previous version and the latest version are summarized in the introduction of the document. These modifications do not cover the amounts of the fees for the addressing services provided by the FCR Operator. The modifications only cover:
- the replacement of the terms "prolonging" and "prolongation" by the terms "renewing" and "renewal";
- other minor changes to wording.
