This document concerns entrepreneurs that wish to develop an initiative based on the publishing of Frogans Sites and to register a Frogans Address of a Public Frogans Network or to register a Dedicated Frogans Network during the priority registration period for entrepreneurs; the chosen Site Name or Network Name may be a generic term, a geographical name, a community name, a trademark, etc.; this document also concerns FCR Account Administrators that provide registration-management services for Frogans Addresses and Frogans Networks in the FCR to entrepreneurs during this period, as well as the FCR Operator.
