This document defines the rules for the registration of a Dedicated Frogans Network during the priority registration period for trademarks holders.

This document concerns trademark holders that wish to register a Dedicated Frogans Network corresponding to their trademark during the priority registration period for trademark holders; it also concerns FCR Account Administrators that provide registration-management services for Dedicated Frogans Networks in the FCR to trademark holders during this period, as well as the FCR Operator.
