This document defines the terms corresponding to network names and site names whose registration in the FCR is reserved or whose usage is reserved, as well as the beneficiaries of these reserved terms.
This document notably includes: reserved network names for countries, for international organizations, for organizations participating in the development of the Internet, and for the OP3FT. It also includes network names and site names that are restricted, unauthorized or which have been the subject of a court decision. The reserved terms are also provided in a separate file in CSV format. This document and the file in CSV format are resources provided by the OP3FT.

The modifications between the previous version and the latest version are summarized in
the introduction of the document. This modifications mainly cover:
- update of the list of Network Names reserved for countries following the update of the ISO 3166-1
standard (part 1);
- addition of the name of the projected local branch of the OP3FT in China (section 4.a);
- minor changes to wording.

The modifications between the previous version and the latest version are summarized in
the introduction of the document. This modifications mainly cover:
- standardization of the presentation of the reserved terms, with respect to their beneficiaries,
their linguistic category, and the Unicode characters that compose them;
- extension of the list of Network Names reserved for countries (part 1) and the subsequent modification of the list of
reserved terms for intergovernmental organizations (section 2.c);
- addition of the transcriptions of the FROGANS name and the translations of the word INTRANET in the available linguistic categories (sections 5.a and 5.b);
- addition of the generic term TEST in the list of unauthorized Network Names and Site Names (section 6.a).
